Georgia summers are hard on a lawn. Between the heat, the shade under mature oaks, and the red clay that turns to concrete in August and to soup in February, a lot of metro Atlanta yards never look the way the homeowner wanted. Ricky Ricardo Professional Turf installs artificial grass over a properly excavated, compacted, free-draining base so it stays flat, sheds our summer downpours fast, and never develops the ripples and low spots that give a cheap install away. Seams are glued and nailed tight, edges are anchored or bordered, and the infill is brushed in so the blades stand up instead of matting down.

Our Process

Measure

We measure the area, check drainage, shade and pets, and show you turf samples in daylight.

Remove & Grade

Existing lawn and topsoil come out, and the sub-base is graded to fall and compacted.

Install

Turf is rolled, relaxed in the sun, cut to the edges, seamed and anchored around the perimeter.

Infill & Brush

Infill is spread and power-broomed so the lawn looks and feels right underfoot.
