A professional clean rinses the pile down to the base, treats the infill for odor and bacteria, clears the drainage, and power-brooms the blades back upright. Most yards look close to new again in an afternoon.

Our Process

Inspect

We check the pile, the infill depth, the drainage and the problem areas before quoting.

Clear & Rinse

Debris comes off, then the surface is rinsed through so the pile is clean to the base.

Treat

Odor and sanitizing treatment goes into the infill, where the smell actually lives.

Broom & Top Up

Blades are power-broomed upright and infill is levelled back to the right depth.
